The Department of Defense (DoD) has launched a program called Computers for Learning (CFL) which provides opportunity for local schools to obtain technology resources such as laptops, keyboards, CPUs, monitors, routers and projectors – free of charge – from the local DoD Military agencies.  You can refer to this map to see if there is a Defense Logistics Agency disposition services site in your area.
